Graham Phipps-Black, principal designer at Active Design has more than 20 years’ experience designing a wide range of projects including new homes and buildings, alterations, additions, Housing NZ multi-units, apartments, tiny homes, ice rinks, earthquake strengthening and conversion in both the commercial and residential sector throughout NZ.

Services

Active Design Architecture offer design services, computerised permit drawings, 3D concepts, resource consents, earthwork permits and all associated compliance certification to do with any job large or small.

We also co-ordinate engineer’s producer statements, fire reports and any other consultants needed for building permit compliance and of course we aid the successful permitting of the plans through the Council’s inner workings.
